General guidance for members

HALL ENVIRONMENT

Adults, Parents, Guardians and Children can expect that all members will respect the well being of each other, treat each other fairly, and encourage their growth and self-esteem as unique individuals. Should any concern or issue arise, please do not hesitate to speak directly with the one of the Committee Members (Click Here).

EXPECTATIONS AND ETIQUETTE FOR ST STEPHENS PLAYERS WHILST AT HALL

  • Just as teachers are expected to respect students, committee and members are expected to respect each other, the facilities, and the building. Please help us to keep the hall clean, thank you.

  • When using the facilities, including toilet areas and changing rooms, members are expected to clean up after themselves, including throwing away rubbish and packing up belongings.

  • We ask that older members (and parents) be aware that they are setting the example for younger members, and reflect wise choices in both their language and behavior.

  • We also request where possible, that if there is a lot to clear up after an event, rehearsal or workshop, that we ask for help and to work together to get the clean up completed as quickly as possible.
