Seussification of a Midsummer Nights Dream - One Act Play - 23rd May
St Stephens Players are so pleased to be able to bring this to the stage, as part of GADOC’s One Act Play Festival, due to be held the week commencing 23rd May 2022.
Lynz Dowinton will be directing the production; this will be her first time so please give her your support.
Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings from 19:30 till 21:30, with possible Sundays if required.
We still require one more male character (Unfortunately cannot be played by female due to rules in script).
There will also be a second run of the show on Saturday 11th June at St Stephens Community Centre, watch this space for further details.
Update
Connor Dragun won the best performer for under 18's on the night, congratulations to Connor and everyone involved.
Directed by - Lyndsey Dowinton
This show pushed the players outside of their normal comfort zone, by not only being a play but also written and performed like a poem. So timing and remembering ones lines was critical, and the players that took parts were amazing.
